How every Mizmo engagement runs.

The process, the standards, and the lines we hold. Short version: you get one senior operator, a fixed scope, a working system, and full handover. If it doesn’t meet what we agreed, you don’t pay.

01 Engagement philosophy

We are brought in by owner-operated companies to find the secure, sensible way to put AI to work. We sort the noise, design what fits, wire it into your existing systems, and stay until your team owns it. Advisory comes first. If AI is not the right answer, we say so.

02 The four steps

Every engagement runs through the same four phases. No surprises, no scope creep.

Discovery. A free call. We listen, we ask the hard questions, we tell you if AI is the right move.
Scoped proposal. One page. What we build, the price, and what success looks like. No deck, no RFP.
Design and build. A senior operator runs your engagement end to end, with regular check-ins so nothing is a surprise.
Handover and stay. Code, docs, runbook, walkthrough. We stay through the edge cases until your team owns it.

03 House rules

Six commitments that hold for every engagement. Published, non-negotiable.

Data. Your accounts, your stack. Nothing leaves your control.
Confidentiality. NDA and DPA standard, on every engagement.
Ownership. You own the code, the data, and the playbook from day one.
Operator. One senior partner from the first call through handover.
Walk-away. If the build does not meet success criteria, you do not pay the build phase.
Exit. No production access retained after handover. You are independent.

04 Pricing model

Fixed scope, fixed price, set at the proposal stage. No hourly billing, no change orders mid-build. Larger multi-agent systems are quoted separately. An optional post-handover partnership is billed monthly and cancellable any time.

05 What we will not do

Lines we hold so the work stays clean.

We do not resell SaaS as if it were a build.
We do not hand you off to a junior or a middle layer.
We do not retain production access after handover.
We do not train models on your data.
We do not bill by the hour or run open-ended engagements.

06 Confidentiality and data handling

Engagement systems run inside your accounts. We are happy to sign your NDA or work under ours. DPAs are standard. Subprocessors operate under matching terms. We are GDPR-aware in our handling of inquiry data, and retain nothing beyond what is needed to deliver the engagement.
